Oh, But They’re Weird and They’re Wonderful
Choosing to retrain yourself to use the word “wonderful” instead of “weird” can change your perspective. The spiritual space is weird, but isn’t it also wonderful? Looking back on the times of “not fitting in” can bring up sensitivities around your spiritual gifts. But if you reflect with a focus on the wonderfulness of it all, you can really learn to change your mindset and learn to embrace your gifts.
Reframing and Reclaiming Your Weird
Reclaiming your weird means stepping into the power of who you truly are. How many times have you been afraid of being caught in the act of using your spiritual gifts? If something is weird and it makes you happy, it’s time to stop hiding it from the world. From float tanks to meditation to reiki and everything in between, explore your weird and learn to love every moment.
Running Towards Your Weirdness
Muni shares experiences around learning to trust spirit and run towards his weirdness. Some of the best experiences you will ever have happen when you stop thinking and let go. Trust the universe to guide you to the experiences you need most, ignore the little voice telling you how weird it all is, and just let it unfold. Learn to create an allowing and space for the wonderfulness in your life.
Your Gifts are Your Superpowers
It’s not uncommon to feel shame around your weirdness. Whether it was born during childhood when classmates made fun of your weird or it’s something you’ve manifested out of fear, it’s time to accept your weirdness and let go of that shame. Your weirdness IS your wonderfulness. It’s what makes you stand out from everyone else. It’s what makes you YOU.
